I think its most fair to let the individual states decide on this issue instead of the federal government because the other people act like its so obvious that humans should get human level rights at conception, when I dont. But I am still willing to live in the same country as them. Hopefully in separate states though.

If a fetus cant survive without being in direct contact with its parents DNA/artificial womb, then its moral to kill it when the mother wants it dead because its still too undeveloped to be granted that level of human rights.
