Hello, Colin MacLeod,
Celtic Fiddle Guru here.
Recently, my violin was in for a service
with St ringers Music Shop in Edinburgh.
ilst my instrument was in for a service, I was given a James Hardy violin on loan.
James Hardy was a violin
maker who lived in Edinburgh during the 1800s and part of the 1900s.
video to hear a couple of Scottish fiddle tunes played on violin.
I now have my violin back and have been playing it every day!
Thank you to Stringers Music Shop in Edinburgh for doing a very professional
job and to their staff for excellent service.
If you are thinking about getting your musi
