This project is an open window on Krakow. The spectator is invited to approach the screen. By playing with the text, he gradually discovers the memories of inhabitants linked to the city. A meeting takes place between the spectator and the stories, fragments of both personal and universal lives which are transmitted through this sensitive experience.
I started my diploma’s project Hi Kracow ! during my mobility in Poland. I went to meet the Cracovians, listen to their stories in order to discover their culture, and transmit them to the French when I returned through an interactive experience.
I thank the people who generously entrusted me with their stories, without whom the project could not have existed, as well as the teaching and technical team who helped me with the web programming, sensor and furniture part, Le Bel Ordinaire for their equipment loan and friends.
Salut Cracovie ! use the typeface Capriola designed by Viktoriya Grabowska.
Equipment : Monitor LED 46″ (116cm), distance sensor Lidar TF-MINI, arduino.
