This demo demonstrates an end-to-end loan application scenario:
– An agent uses Salesforce.com to process the application using TrustPortal screens embedded in Salesforce.com
– At the end of the call the robot sends a TrustPortal DirectURL link via email to the customer
– On clicking this link the customer is presented with thier loan request in a TrustPortal screen, and is requested to upload a proof of ID to support the application
– Once the customer has submitting the loan with supporting proof of ID, TrustPortal starts a robotic process to send a “task” to all agents that have the loan approver role
– Each agent with the loan approver role sees a task in thier task list, including the details of the loan and supporting evidence.
– Embedded in the TrustPortal form is the ability to lock the task – in the demo one agent locks the task, and when the other agent attempts to also lock the task an error message appears
– On processing the task and submitting, TrustPortal’s Task MiniBot automatically clears up and removes the task from all users
