TrustPortal-assisted Tasks within SF

Lots of existing enterprise systems suffer from the high costs / technical challenges of integrating with legacy systems. By embedding TrustPortal forms in existing systems, we can have seamless integration with any system, with staff augmented by the power of Blue Prism digital workers. TrustPortal forms are real-time, bi-directional, no-code forms delivering a superb user experience for staff, with Blue Prism hiding the complexity of legacy systems.
In this “human-in-the-loop” example a TrustPortal-enabled digital worker is processing a loan application, and creates a real-time TrustPortal approval form for a member of staff to review. The digital worker creates a hyperlink to the form and embeds it in a task created in a workflow, BPMS or similar system – in this case Salesforce.com. So staff use the same user interface as always, but now they have real-time, bi-direction digital forms integrated to robots that will do all the work on behalf of the user!
