The next few months will be the best time ever to sell your house. Buyers are in MASS PANIC and they are paying insane amounts of money for any kind of house. We saw a further 11% reduction in current active listings for Greater Vancouver which means we are now at historically low inventory levels..Particularly for townhomes which has a Sales To Active Ratio of 74.3%. This unprecendented housing shortage is leading to record setting sale prices for all segments. In this video I highlight some recent detached and townhome sales where it’s clear that buyers are willing to buy anything now regardless if it needs full renovations or leasehold title. Crazy times!!! By March this frenzy should subside….pending the promise of government to raise rates. But if they don’t- watch out!!
