Getting into the Australian property market can be difficult…

Throw in COVID-19 and the uncertain future we face and buying property seems out of reach for many.

And I can see why.

A two-bedroom apartment in Melbourne, Sydney and now Brisbane has skyrocketed in recent years and it’s not uncommon to see prices hit as high as $600,000 AUD.

That’s why I believe Australians wanting to get into the property market should look overseas to invest and build passive income and equity first.

In the US, you can purchase a three-bedroom family home for just $50,000 US outright.

Even when converted to Australian dollars, that’s less than a deposit for Australian property and it’s done without the loan and no interest.
